Technical Lead

Primary Responsibilities

• Be a hands-on Cloud technical lead.
  


• Understands solution architecture, concepts, data flow, and networks and can communicate and negotiate with customers
  


• Managing initiatives for migration and service delivery in the cloud environment
  


• Leads 200+ technical teams to run service delivery and program management.
  


• Respond to technical queries/requests from team members and customers
  


• Establish a working relationship with Cloud partners.
  


• Act as the coach and mentor to team members and technical staff on their assigned project tasks
  

Requirements

Skills Required

• Experience with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  


• Expert level familiarity with Docker, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Confluence etc.
  


• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g. Splunk, Nagios, ELK).
  


• Advanced scripting experience (e.g. Bash, Python).
  


• Expertise in designing HA, DR, Backup, and retention architectures on cloud platforms.
  


• Experience implementing multi-tier application stacks from the OS up through custom applications.
  


• Demonstrated experience with the design, implementation, and support of Amazon Web Services and hybrid cloud solutions across multiple global regions.
  


• Experience in orchestration and automation services.
  


• Excellent customer service skills and focus.
  

Job Qualification

• 10+ years of experience in AWS cloud.
  


• Cloud Solution Architect Professional Level Certified.
