Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead (TL) to guide a software development team and drive end-to-end technical delivery. This role requires strong expertise in system design, backend development, and cloud technologies, along with proven leadership capabilities to manage and mentor engineering teams while ensuring high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers to drive high performance and collaboration
  

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing system architectures
  

• Develop and maintain applications using Java and Spring Boot
  

• Optimize application performance through efficient data structures and algorithms
  

• Leverage AWS services for deployment, scaling, and infrastructure management
  

• Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL for database design and management
  

• Implement Kafka for real-time data streaming and messaging systems
  

• Provide accurate effort estimation, planning, and resource allocation
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively
  

• Identify and resolve technical challenges to ensure smooth project delivery
  

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in system design and backend development
  

• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
  

• Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.)
  

• Experience working with MongoDB and PostgreSQL
  

• Familiarity with Kafka or similar messaging systems
  

• Proven team leadership and people management skills
  

• Strong project planning and execution capabilities
  

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with JIRA reporting and analytics
  

• Knowledge of Redis for caching and performance optimization
  

• Familiarity with Python for scripting or automation
  

Other Details:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
