Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership : Direct the lifecycle of sophisticated web projects from conception to deployment, ensuring they align with our strategic goals regarding quality, timing, and budget.
• Technical Acumen : Provide deep technical expertise in PHP and Laravel framework, including but not limited to queue management, cron jobs, guards, and leveraging complex features for optimal performance.
• Database Mastery:  Demonstrate a profound understanding of MySQL and NoSQL systems, with the ability to design and optimize queries for performance and make strategic decisions regarding their use.
• Solution Orientation:  Approach problems with a solution-oriented mindset, driving the team towards innovative and efficient solutions.
• Innovative Problem-Solving : Foster an environment where challenges are met with advanced, effective solutions.
• Trend Analysis : Evaluate emerging technologies and guide the team’s adoption, keeping us at the forefront of industry advancements.

Requirements

• Proven leadership in Technical Lead or Senior Developer roles, with a strong portfolio in PHP and Laravel-based web development.
