We seek a self-motivated, flexible, highly skilled technical lead who thrives in a transparent and dynamic work environment. This role is ideal for someone who can independently transform complex business requirements into scalable and efficient technological solutions without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with clients to deeply understand their business requirements and convert these insights into comprehensive technical specifications and architectural solutions
• Design, develop, and implement Low-Code/No-Code applications tailored to enhance manufacturing and supply-chain operations.
• Lead the solution and perform code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and maintaining high standards of quality
• Serve as a technical leader and decision maker, taking complete ownership of solution designs and driving projects to completion
• Collaborate effectively with development teams and stakeholders across the organization to deliver optimal solutions promptly

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in application development, with substantial experience in customer-facing roles
• Good knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes and the ability to architect solutions that enhance these functions
• Proficient in database management and Javascript
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams
• Previous experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is preferred but not mandatory
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer science, Engineering, or related field.
