We are hiring a Tech Lead to drive technical execution within Agile PODs. You'll mentor engineers, ensure timely delivery, and bridge architecture with implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide technical teams
• Enforce coding standards and best practices
• Drive Agile POD execution and task ownership
• Collaborate with Architects & Product Owners
• Translate designs into technical tasks
• Mentor junior engineers
• Oversee planning, coding, testing & deployment
• Identify process improvements & implement automation
  

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in software development
• Expertise in Java, Angular, Python
• Strong DB knowledge: MongoDB, SQL, NoSQL
• Proficient in AWS cloud services
• Familiar with Agile & POD-based models
• Excellent problem-solving & mentoring skills
