The ideal candidate will have deep Salesforce expertise, domain knowledge in consumer goods operations, and strong leadership skills to guide a technical team and ensure seamless business processes.\n\nKey Responsibilities \nLead the development, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud solutions. \nManage and provide technical support for existing implementations, resolving issues and ensuring system stability. \nCollaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and deliver enhancements. \nOversee integration of Salesforce with other systems and ensure data integrity. \nMentor and guide junior developers and support engineers. \nParticipate in deployment planning, sandbox management, and release activities.\n\nEnsure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance policies.\n\n \nRequired Skills \u0026 Qualifications\n\nSalesforce Expertise: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (LWC), Flows, Process Builder, SOQL/SOSL. \nConsumer Goods Cloud Knowledge: Sales, Retail Execution, Account Management, and related modules. \nIntegration Experience: APIs, ERP, or third-party system integrations.\n\nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. \nProject \u0026 Team Leadership: Ability to lead development and support teams. \nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodology. \nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPrior experience in Consumer Goods or FMCG domain preferred.\n\n \nEducation \u0026 Experience \nBachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\n\n8+ years of experience in Salesforce development/support, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.\n\n \nDesirable \nExperience with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or advanced analytics.\n\nHands-on experience with large-scale deployments and migrations.\"\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
