Technical Lead - Full Stack

DigiValet is looking for a Technical Lead - Full Stack to join our innovative team at DigiValet. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our product development team, contributing to the creation of cutting-edge software applications and solutions. Your expertise in both frontend and backend development will be instrumental in shaping the future of the Hospitality and Smart Living sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Collaborate closely with DigiValet Product Managers and Engineers to gather and assess user requirements. 
• Design comprehensive solutions that effectively address key business and user needs.
• Present detailed concepts to internal teams and key stakeholders, providing guidance and insight. 
• Plan, design, and oversee user testing, research usability studies, and perform competitor analysis. 
• Optimise existing user interface designs in accordance with company guidelines and principles. 
• Demonstrate a holistic understanding of the business landscape and contribute to overall business goals.
• Develop reusable components and libraries of production quality, setting coding standards for the team.
• Continuously monitor product success through analytics and tools, making data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate closely with peer product developers to ensure cohesion and alignment with project goals.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development.
• Worked on React JS or Next JS or Angular 15+ versions.
• Strong command of front-end technologies, including HTML5, Bootstrap, and CSS3.
• Implement a complete user interface in the form of a web app, with a focus on performance and security.
• Expertise in security solutions based on WSO2, OAUTH2.0, JWT, IDP.
• Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks, with advanced knowledge of NodeJS / TypeScript / Nest JS are required.
• Extensive experience in integrating multiple data sources and databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase).
• Working experience on AWS Stack like Lambda and API Gateway, Integration exposure to AWS RDS and AWS Cognito.
• In depth knowledge of RESTful/GraphQL APIs, HTTP, HTTP/2, TLS 1.2, SSL.
• Knowledge in SCM like Git, Bitbucket etc.
• Experience using Agile methodologies - previous experience working from a backlog, sprints, retrospectives etc.
