We are looking for a Tech Lead – Project Owner (TPO) to manage projects from start to finish, encompassing architecture, development, delivery, and measurable business results. This role involves direct ownership and complete responsibility for technical choices, project timelines, quality, and overall impact. If you excel at building, making decisions, and delivering results autonomously, this is your chance to spearhead transformative projects utilizing AI-assisted development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Own technical architecture and drive key design decisions.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, leveraging AI tools to accelerate development.
• Plan, prioritize, and deliver business outcomes—not just tasks or tickets.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for assigned projects.
• Balance speed, scalability, and quality through pragmatic trade-offs.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions transparently to stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery excellence with minimal escalations and high reliability.

What You Bring

• Strong Full-Stack Engineering Expertise with hands-on coding proficiency in Python and modern frontend frameworks.
• Frontend Technologies: Experience with React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js (any modern framework).
  Backend Technologies: Strong experience in Python, Node.js, or .NET for building scalable backend systems.
• API Development: Proven experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Cloud & Deployment: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including application deployment and management.
• Architecture: Experience working with modern architectures such as microservices and serverless systems.
• DevOps Practices: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and version control systems.
• AI/ML Integration: Practical experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into production-grade applications.
• Leadership & Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams without micromanagement, fostering autonomy and accountability.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Proficiency using AI as a productivity multiplier (e.g., GitHub Copilot, LLMs).
