Technical Lead Full Stack (SaaS Development)

About the Role

We are looking for a hands -on Full Stack Technical Lead to architect, build, and scale our SaaS platform. You will lead the development team, design scalable systems, integrate AI/ML capabilities, and ensure high -quality delivery across the stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full -stack developers.
  
• Own architecture, design patterns, and technology decisions.
  
• Design architecture for integration with AI/ML and LLM models.
  
• Build and maintain scalable SaaS web applications and backend services.
  
• Develop robust REST/GraphQL APIs and microservices.
  
• Build responsive front -end interfaces (React/Next.js).
  
• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Ensure code quality, security, performance, and reliability.
  

Requirements

• Backend: 5+ years with Node.js or Python.
  
• Frontend: Strong in React / Next.js / TypeScript.
  
• SaaS Development: Experience building or scaling SaaS products.
  
• Cloud: AWS or Azure (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
  
• Databases: PostgreSQL/MySQL + MongoDB.
  
• Containers / DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform/CloudFormation.
  
• APIs & Architecture: REST, microservices, version control (Git).
  
• AI/ML Integration: Experience integrating AI/ML models or APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, etc.).
  
• Leadership: 7+ years total experience, with 2+ years in a lead role.
  
• Strong communication, decision -making, and mentoring skills.
  
• Experience working in Agile teams.

• Deeper understanding of AI/ML and LLM models.
  
• Real -time systems (Socket.io / WebSockets).
  
• Event -driven or serverless architecture.
  
• Basic MLOps or model deployment experience.
