Technical Lead Java Full Stack

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with 8+ years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Amazon EKS, ReactJS, Progressive Web Apps (PWA), Python, and AWS services. You will lead a team of 4–5 developers, drive application enhancements, manage production deployments, and ensure timely delivery within defined SLAs. The role involves overseeing MIS reports, automailers, and web portal modules while ensuring high code quality, security, and DevSecOps best practices. Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, AWS CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, CodePipeline, API Gateway, ELB, and production support is essential. Candidates should possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. This is a Mumbai-based role with client-site presence as required and availability for weekend/night on-call support.
