Technical Lead - Java Module

Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a development team of 10-15 members, providing technical guidance and mentoring.Perform detailed code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Develop, test, and deploy robust applications using Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, MySQL, and the latest version of Angular.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Generate detailed reports and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development activities.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.Manage project timelines, tasks, and deliverables effectively.Participate in the agile development process, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Required Skills:Core JavaSpring / Spring BootHibernateMySQLAngular (latest version)Experience leading a team of 10-15 members.Strong code review skills.Extensive experience in reporting.Preferred Skills:NodeJSAWS (ref:hirist.tech)
