Technical Lead - WinBatch to C# Automation Modernization

Requirements

• Experienced C#/.NET Automation Modernization Lead with 6–10+ years experience and a strong background in enterprise automation and platform modernization.
  


• Lead large-scale WinBatch-to-C#/.NET migration programs, ensuring functional parity, scalable automation architecture, and adherence to enterprise governance standards.
  


• Lead large-scale WinBatch and legacy automation migration programs to C#/.NET.
  


• Design, develop, and execute Windows-based automation solutions using C# and .NET.
  


• Translate complex WinBatch scripts and business logic into scalable and maintainable C# implementations.
  


• Own automation solution architecture, coding standards, logging, exception handling, retry mechanisms, and operational resilience.
  


• Work extensively with MS SQL, including data modelling considerations and validation of automation outputs.
  


• Use Python for supporting utilities, scripting, and data processing where required.
  


• Design and implement JSON-based inputs/outputs and configuration-driven automation solutions.
  


• Govern batch processing, file handling, scheduling, and service-based automation.
  


• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines for automation build, validation, and deployment.
  


• Review quality gates, static analysis results, and other CI/CD validation outputs.
  


• Manage Git repositories, branching strategies, and release processes.
  


• Lead technical design reviews and ensure consistency across multiple delivery PODs.
  


• Guide developers and testers on automation standards, reusable patterns, and best practices.
  


• Ensure functional parity and controlled behaviour throughout WinBatch-to-C# migration.
  


• Act as the primary technical interface for Humana stakeholders, providing technical guidance and delivery updates.
  


• Identify technical risks, define mitigation plans, and communicate delivery status to clients and leadership.
  


• Ensure automation solutions comply with healthcare and enterprise governance standards.
  


• Work effectively within Agile/Scrum environments involving multiple PODs.
  


• Drive strong stakeholder communication, technical decision-making, and cross-team collaboration.
