Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead specializing in PHP and Laravel to join our team in Vizag. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern technologies and frameworks, including AWS, CI/CD Pipelines, and database management. This role demands strong leadership and technical expertise to drive project success and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Lead a team of developers and oversee end-to-end project execution.
• Backend Development: Design and develop robust applications using PHP and Laravel frameworks.
• Database Management: Manage and optimize databases to ensure high performance and scalability.
• Cloud Management: Implement and manage AWS services to support application infrastructure.
• CI/CD Pipelines: Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment process.
• Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Mentoring and Guidance: Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative environment.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain clear and concise technical documentation and project reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience with PHP and Laravel.
• Strong expertise in database management (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Proven experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure management.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines for efficient software deployment.
