Technical Manager

We are seeking a Technical Manager with strong MuleSoft expertise to lead integration initiatives and guide a high\-performing team. This role combines hands\-on technical leadership with architectural ownership to deliver scalable, secure, and high\-quality API solutions across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and delivery of MuleSoft\-based integration solutions
  




• Define API\-led architecture and integration patterns
  




• Oversee RAML design, DataWeave transformations, and Mule 4 development
  




• Manage deployments on Anypoint Platform and CloudHub
  




• Implement API governance, security standards, and best practices
  




• Drive CI/CD adoption for integration projects
  




• Mentor and manage a small team of integration developers
  




• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
  




• Ensure performance optimization, reliability, and scalability of integrations
  

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 9+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in MuleSoft development
  




• Strong expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Design Center, API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange)
  




• Deep knowledge of API\-led architecture, Mule 4, RAML, and DataWeave
  




• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and CloudHub deployments
  




• Proven team leadership and project delivery experience
  




• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem\-solving skills
  




• Exposure to Salesforce or other enterprise applications is a plus
  




• Familiarity with Talend, Boomi, or Informatica is an advantage
  




• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred
  




• MuleSoft certifications (Integration Architect / Platform Architect) are a plus
