About the role

• Build and maintain a live Plan & Spec project funnel with visibility of timelines, consultants, and stakeholders

• Share early‑stage project intelligence with frontline sales teams

• Drive right‑fit product selection based on application, codes, and customer requirements

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical presentations, product trainings, and specification workshops for applied products

• Ensure Carrier products are approved, listed, and specified in upcoming tenders and projects

• Early engagement in projects from inception stage

Minimum Requirements:

• B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering

• 8-10 years' experience in Chillers/Airside product portfolio

• Prior experience in Plan and Spec role
