Technical Presales Consultant

We are looking for a Technical Presales Consultant with 1–3 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role. Candidates with experience in Cloud, IT Services, SaaS, Software, or Technology solutions are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customer requirements and business challenges.


• Work closely with the sales team to develop suitable technical solutions.


• Participate in customer meetings and technical discussions.


• Prepare technical proposals, presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and solution documents.


• Conduct product/solution demonstrations and support POCs.


• Explain technical solutions and value propositions to customers.


• Coordinate with technical, delivery, and sales teams during the presales process.


• Support solution estimation, effort assessment, and proposal preparation.


• Assist in responding to customer queries and requirements.


• Support the sales team throughout the opportunity lifecycle, from requirement gathering to closure.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Technical Presales / Presales / Solution Consulting.


• Exposure to Cloud, IT Services, SaaS, Software, or other technology solutions.


• Strong communication and presentation skills.


• Good understanding of customer requirements and solution positioning.


• Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.


• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
