Position: Technical Product Executive / Product Coordinator

Role Overview

The Technical Product Executive will play a key role in supporting the planning, development, and execution of our upcoming digital initiatives. This role involves close coordination with technology teams, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional product features. The candidate must have a strong understanding of digital product workflows and the ability to operate in a fast -paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirement Gathering & Documentation

• Collect, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
  

• Prepare detailed BRDs, PRDs, wireframes, and workflow diagrams.
  

• Ensure clarity and completeness of requirements before development begins.
  

2. Product Planning & Execution

• Support product roadmap planning and feature prioritization.
  

• Coordinate the execution of product development tasks with tech teams and vendors.
  

• Track project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues proactively.
  

3. User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Prepare UAT test cases and scenarios.
  

• Conduct end -to -end UAT for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
  

• Collaborate with QA and tech teams to ensure release quality and timely go -live.
  

4. Cross -Functional Coordination

• Serve as a bridge between business, design, and engineering teams.
  

• Work closely with UI/UX teams to refine user journeys and product usability.
  

• Handle vendor communication, requirement clarifications, and follow -ups.
  

5. User Experience & Product Improvements

• Analyze user behavior, feedback, and product performance metrics.
  

• Recommend improvements to enhance usability, engagement, and conversion.
  

• Monitor product releases and ensure seamless rollout.
  

6. Operational Support

• Maintain product documentation, release notes, and feature guides.
  

• Provide product -related support to internal teams for smooth operations.
