  Role Summary : 

We are seeking an experienced and
highly organized SAP Project Manager to lead the planning, execution,
and delivery of SAP implementation, upgrade, rollout, and support projects.

The ideal candidate will combine
strong SAP program/project management expertise with hands-on proficiency in JIRA,
including Agile project tracking, sprint planning, backlog management,
reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

This role requires a professional
who can effectively operate at the intersection of structured SAP methodologies
and Agile delivery practices while ensuring transparency, accountability, and
timely delivery across multiple work streams.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Participate
  in the System of Governance (SoG) by defining and implementing
  governance processes for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA I-ERP program.
  
• Lead
  tactical activities and support overall strategic program objectives.
  
• Manage Epics, Sub-Epics, and Features for the Product Group in JIRA.
  
• Continuously
  assess issues, risks, opportunities, and dependencies and support their
  resolution.
  
• Track
  scope changes and manage change-control processes to prevent scope creep.
  
• Manage
  the program-level CRAID log covering Change Requests, Risks,
  Assumptions, Issues, and Decisions.
  
• Support
  the collection and review of program metrics for major releases and
  production releases, including Release on Demand and problem incidents.
  
• Support
  the System of Delivery (SoD) quarterly Program Increment (PI)
  planning and facilitate logistics, breakout sessions, presentations, and
  workshops.
  
• Support
  and manage integration points between SAP ERP modules and
  legacy/third-party systems.
  
• Prepare
  Product Teams for PI planning events.
  
• Consolidate
  Product Line Iteration Reviews into Product Group Iteration Reviews and
  retrospectives.
  
• Coordinate
  and ensure Product Teams progress effectively against scope, timelines,
  and release-management objectives.
  
• Coordinate
  foundational Product Team release activities, including cut-over, testing
  cycles, training programs, and data readiness.
  
• Support
  the resolution of PDO and foundational dependencies with Product Managers.
  
• Remove
  blockers and impediments by ensuring issues are escalated to the
  appropriate governance forums.
  
• Facilitate
  lessons-learned sessions and support transition to steady-state
  operations.
  
• Lead
  end-to-end SAP project management for implementations, upgrades, roll-outs,
  and support enhancements.
  
• Manage
  SAP S/4HANA migrations, module deployments such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP,
  HCM, and integration initiatives.
  
• Develop
  and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocations,
  budgets, and risk registers.
  
• Own
  and administer JIRA boards, including creation and management of Epics,
  User Stories, Tasks, and Subtasks.
  
• Manage
  project backlogs and configure JIRA workflows, dashboards, custom fields,
  and reporting to meet SAP project requirements.
  
• Manage
  project governance activities, including status reporting, steering
  committee updates, RAID logs, and change-management processes.
  
• Drive
  continuous improvement of project-management practices, JIRA usage
  standards, and reporting templates across the SAP team.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's
  degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business
  Administration, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing SAP projects involving
  implementation, upgrades, or support.
  
• Demonstrated
  expert-level, hands-on experience using JIRA on a daily basis.
  
• Strong
  expertise in JIRA board configuration, workflow automation, JQL queries,
  dashboard creation, and Confluence integration.
  
• Strong
  knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall/Hybrid project delivery
  methodologies.
  
• Excellent
  stakeholder-management, communication, and presentation skills.
  
• Proven
  ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
