We are seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager with a solid background in software development—particularly in the .NET and Azure ecosystem—to lead digital lending initiatives. This role plays a strategic part in delivering robust, compliant, and scalable software solutions that improve lending operations and elevate the customer experience in the Indian financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Digital Lending Projects: Manage the end-to-end execution of digital lending programs tailored to the Indian market, ensuring timely delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including technology, operations, compliance, and risk to ensure alignment of solutions with business goals.
• Strategic Planning: Define project goals, success metrics, and maintain comprehensive program documentation to facilitate execution and reporting.
• Risk Management: Identify project risks early and design mitigation strategies to ensure smooth delivery and regulatory adherence.
• Team Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams, promote best practices in engineering and project execution, and foster a collaborative, outcome-driven culture.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Experience: 12–15 years of program management experience in digital lending or fintech, with a deep understanding of .NET-based development and Azure cloud technologies.

Key Skills:

• Deep familiarity with the Indian lending ecosystem and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Strong hands-on understanding of .NET and Azure platforms.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record in driving large-scale technology projects from ideation to implementation.
