What You'll Do

We are looking for a Techno Program Manager (TPM) to
work closely with the CEO and leadership team to track, drive, and deliver
multiple IT initiatives and product developments. This role requires a
strong mix of technical understanding, program governance, execution rigor,
and stakeholder management.

The TPM will act as the single point of accountability to ensure initiatives move from idea to delivery with clear timelines,
dependencies, risks, and outcomes.

What You Will Work On

Program & Initiative Management

·       Own
end-to-end tracking of multiple concurrent IT initiatives and products driven
by the CEO.

·       Break
down high-level ideas into clear programs, milestones, deliverables, and
timelines.

·       Establish
and maintain program plans, roadmaps, and execution dashboards.

·       Ensure
alignment between business objectives, technology choices, and delivery
outcomes.

Technical & Product Oversight

·       Work closely with architects,
developers, QA, DevOps, and vendors to track technical progress.

·       Review and understand architecture,
design decisions, and technical risks (not coding, but informed oversight).

·       Ensure adherence to engineering
best practices, security, scalability, and quality standards.

·       Track MVPs, PoCs, and
iterative releases for products.

Governance & Reporting

·       Set
up program governance frameworks (status reviews, risk tracking, decision
logs).

·       Track
dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation plans across initiatives.

·       Provide
weekly/bi-weekly executive-ready updates to the CEO with clear insights, not
just status.

·       Drive
a sense of urgency and accountability across teams.

Stakeholder & Communication
Management

• Act
  as a bridge between CEO, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
  
• Facilitate
  decision-making by presenting options, trade-offs, and impact analysis.
  
• Coordinate
  across multiple internal teams and external partners.
  

Process & Continuous
Improvement

• Introduce lightweight but effective program
  management processes and tools.
  
• Promote data-driven tracking using KPIs and
  OKRs.
  
• Help move the organization from people
  dependency to process dependency where applicable.
  

The
skills and qualifications you'll need

Experience     

·       8–12+ years of experience in technology delivery, program management, or
engineering leadership roles.

·       Proven experience managing multiple
parallel IT initiatives or product programs.

·       Experience working closely
with CXOs or founders is a strong plus.

Technical
Competence

• Strong understanding of:
  
• Software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  
• Cloud platforms, modern architectures, APIs, and
  integrations
  
• Agile / hybrid delivery models
  
• Ability to challenge teams constructively on
  technical and delivery aspects.
  

Program
Management Skills

• Strong expertise in program planning, risk
  management, dependency tracking, and execution governance.
  
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence,
  Azure DevOps, Monday, or similar.
  
• Ability to convert ambiguity into structured
  execution plans.
  

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and executive presentation
  skills.
  
• High ownership, bias for action, and attention to
  detail.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, evolving
  environment with changing priorities.
  
• Strong problem-solving and decision facilitation skills.
  

Good to Have

·       Experience
in startup or innovation-driven environments.

·       Exposure
to AI/ML, data platforms, or emerging technologies.

Certifications

·       Scrum
Certification is mandatory

·       PMP, PgMP, Prince or similar
certifications (preferred, not mandatory).
