Technical Program Manager 3

Responsible for management and release of CAD custom applications for the organization needs. Prioritize, coordinate \u0026 support requirements and escalations from CAD users, product group and Engineering Leadership team. Work with vendors for scoping, resourcing, requirement discussions, project delivery, bug fixes and support. Collaborate with Product Groups to identify requirements, prepare testing schedules and get feedback. Work with CAD Admins for effective rollout and maintenance of the applications. Work with Tech. writers and Engineering standards team to prepare and release any process changes, BKMs (Best known methods) and user manuals. Provide TAD (Technical Architecture diagrams) for software development programs in collaboration with Technical experts. Translate functional requirements from Engineering users to Technical requirements for Developers. Perform code review to ensure coding \u0026 SDLC standards are followed through all phases. Provides frequent updates to management / stakeholders and share the progress. Explore opportunities to improve and optimize the process. Is proficient in creating quarterly and sprint wise plans, and sprint delivery reports and can drive improvements on any deviations from set goals. Proficient in Creo object toolkit or NXOpen \u0026 Ufunc along with CAD modelling and detailing experience in NX or Creo Strong knowledge in OOPS, Design patterns, Windows Forms \u0026 creating Architecture drawings. Strong Analytical \u0026 Problem-solving skills, Teamwork \u0026 Collaboration. Experience guiding cross-functional teams and demonstrating influence skills to deliver results. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to audiences at all levels in the Company. Experience in or knowledge of Semiconductor fabrication, Semiconductor Equipment Operations, or related industries is a plus. Knowledge of Program Management methods and experience in Product Development \u0026 Release (PDR) procedures. Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies. Familiarity with project management software and tools including MS Project, QuickBase, or equivalent. Knowledge of Change Management methodologies is a plus
