Technical Program Manager, Program lead

Experience: 10+ years in technology program management, with at least 5+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional programs. Strong expertise in program management methodologies (Agile, SAFe, Waterfall). Hands-on experience managing programs involving .NET, Angular, and data engineering. Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, real-time data ingestion technologies (Kafka, Azure Event Hub), and Power BI. Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and DevOps practices. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with data lake architecture, data mesh, and governance frameworks. Exposure to SAP integration or other enterprise systems. PMP, PgMP, or SAFe Program Consultant certifications. Understanding of financial planning and budgeting for technology programs. Lead and manage strategic technical programs involving data Science, application development (.NET, Angular), Automation and data engineering initiatives. Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics aligned with LIDAS and enterprise goals. Develop and manage detailed program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Drive Analytical project migration and integration of Microsoft Fabric, real-time data streaming, and analytics platforms into enterprise solutions, as a part of Digital Transformation Collaborate with engineering managers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure Program feasibility and alignment. Manage risks, dependencies, and change control processes across multiple projects. Implement governance frameworks and ensure compliance with security, scalability, and quality standards. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote best practices across teams. Provide executive-level reporting on program status, risks, and outcomes.
