Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in product development or delivery/implementation management. The ideal candidate should have hands -on experience working with product -based companies and possess excellent project execution, stakeholder management, and delivery ownership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end -to -end project delivery, ensuring timely, high -quality execution across multiple initiatives.
  

• Lead cross -functional teams including engineering, QA, product, DevOps, and business stakeholders
  

• Drive project planning, estimation, scheduling, risk management, and execution
  

• Manage delivery commitments, milestones, dependencies, and release schedules
  

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to align delivery with product roadmaps
  

• Track and report project status, risks, and metrics to leadership
  

• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies
  

• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement in delivery practices
  

• Manage change requests, scope creep, and priority conflicts effectively.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10–15 years of overall experience with strong delivery/project management expertise
  

• Experience as a Delivery Manager or Technical Project Manager
  

• Solid background in product development or working in a product -based organization
  

• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
  

• Hands -on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  

• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
  

• Strong problem -solving and decision -making capabilities
