Job Description - Technical Project Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology projects end -to -end. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience in managing cross -functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end -to -end project delivery including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

Translate business requirements into technical tasks and timelines

Coordinate with engineering, QA, product, and business teams

Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgets

Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies as applicable

Conduct sprint planning, daily stand -ups, reviews, and retrospectives

Prepare and share regular project status reports with stakeholders

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively

Ensure quality delivery within scope, time, and cost

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent

8+ years of experience in Project Management with strong technical exposure

Hands -on understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps

Strong understanding of backend/frontend technologies, APIs, databases

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem -solving skills

Preferred Skills:

PMP / Scrum Master certification (good to have)

Experience working with distributed teams

Domain experience in BFSI / Healthcare / E -commerce (if applicable)
