Technical Project Manager

• Should have 6 years of coding experience in various web or mobile technologies and should have experience in managing web and mobile application development projects.
  
• Experience in Mobile and Open source technology stack.
  
• Proficiency in Web and Mobile technologies like PHP frameworks like Laravel, CI, PHP supporting frameworks / Open source Platforms, AWS
  
• Experience in MEAN / MERN
  
• Strong knowledge of writing reusable components.
  
• Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP and MVC design patterns.
  
• Good understanding of front -end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  
• Database experience: MYSQL/ MongoDB / Postgres
  
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Github and Bitbucket.
  
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes.
  
• Understanding coding design principles behind a scalable application.
  
• Knowledge of SaaS base application development.
  
• Knowledge of various project management tools like Jira, Trello etc
  

Requirements

• Manage multiple projects concurrently: provide work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports on a regular basis.
  
• Develop definition of project scope, goals and deliverable as per client's need
  
• Track resources and ensure they are fully allocated across different projects.
  
• Managing project management documents such as the project plan, schedule or scope statement.
  
• Review and validate project requirements. Track and manage application requirements during the development lifecycle, incorporate changes to requirements through an established change management process.
  
• Manage the scope change process: identifies and anticipates risks and issues, facilitates resolution, mitigation, and appropriate escalation
  
• Manages the project delivery process to ensure a successful implementation including on time, on budget and to a high level of client satisfaction.
  
• Responsible for Coordinating with Client in requirement Gathering, estimating, scheduling, planning and Delivery.
  
• Proficiency in creating weekly, monthly quarterly reports to demonstrate deliveries, utilization, profitability and other measurable aspects.  
  
• Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project manager and stakeholders
