Technical Project Manager

• Mandatory Certification - CSM Scrum Master/ PMP or equivalent
  
• ​8-10 years of Project & Program management & delivery experience with IT industry in Microsoft or Object-oriented projects.
  

·         Must have experience in creating project charter, project plan and RIDAC

·         Previous experience in SDLC is required.

·         Delivery Assurance and Governance experience

·         Strong Understanding in Program Management and Governance of IT Projects

·         Highly involved in Stakeholder Mangement

·         Should have good verbal and written communication.

·         Experience with handling high severity multiple project issues

·         Should be good at reporting /creating dashboard for senior management consumption.

·         Coordination with Various Teams, Follow-up and Tracking.

·         Supervise and monitor Program/s implemented by IT delivery team/s,

·         Monitoring and tracking metrics

·         Familiar with delivery methodology like Agile

·         Strong communication and collaboration skills

·         Project Tracking tool knowledge - JIRA(JQL),Devops

·         Good to have confluence knowledge.

·         Must have – experience working on Low Code No Code platforms.

·         Some exposure to latest cloud-based technologies will be an add on
