Role Description

We are looking for a Technically strong and strategic Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional engineering teams in building, modernizing, deploying and adopting AI tools for strategic initiatives.

• Act as a crucial bridge between technical execution and business objectives.


• Candidate should possess strong technical background (60% technical strategy/architecture guidance and 40% project governance/agile management), ensuring code quality & SDLC stages are strictly optimized, best practices are followed as part in Devops.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Governance: Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex software projects utilizing Agile. Manage project timelines, resource allocations, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies


• Technical Leadership & Architecture: Guide teams through architectural decisions in Java, Azure, workflows, UI/UX (React), APIs. Conduct high-level design reviews and troubleshoot bottlenecks.


• Cloud Strategy & Infrastructure: Oversee application modernization and infrastructure transitions onto leading cloud networks Azure. Partner with DevOps teams to deploy robust CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes)


• AI & Data Integration: Coordinate the implementation and scaling of AI components, including integrating large language models (LLMs), generative AI APIs, and data processing workflows while ensuring high model performance and cloud data security

Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between engineering teams, BA’s /product managers, and executive stakeholders to translate functional business requirements into clear technical backlogs and execution roadmaps.

Technical Skills

Required Technical Skills

• Backend Development: Deep foundational knowledge of Java (Enterprise or Advanced), Spring Boot, event-driven architectures


• Cloud Computing: Proven hands-on experience handling architectural environments in any cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) including identity access management (IAM),


• AI & Modern Frameworks: Understanding of Generative AI principles, LLM lifecycle integrations, pipeline tooling (like LangChain or LlamaIndex)


• DevOps & Containers: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes (or OpenShift), Git, and automated testing tools


• Project Management Tooling: Expertise managing product workflows using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar enterprise tracking software.

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience Required : 10–12+ years of overall experience in IT/Software Development, with a minimum of 5 years explicitly in technical management or tech leadership roles guiding Java, Cloud, AI projects.


• Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):




• Project Management: Certified Scrum Master (CSM)


• Technical: Any cloud certification
