Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and execution-driven Project Manager who can manage end-to-end project delivery, coordinate with internal teams and clients, and ensure timely and quality execution of projects. The role requires strong communication, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Understand project requirements, scope, and technical expectations


• Define timelines, milestones, and deliverables


• Create and maintain project plans and trackers


• Monitor daily progress and ensure timely execution

2. Technical Coordination

• Work closely with developers (Frontend, Backend, DevOps, Data teams)


• Understand basic technical architecture and workflows


• Translate business requirements into technical tasks


• Identify technical risks and coordinate solutions with the team

3. Azure DevOps & Tools Management

• Use Azure DevOps for sprint planning, task tracking, and reporting


• Manage user stories, tasks, and backlog


• Track progress using boards and dashboards


• Coordinate releases and deployment tracking

4. Client Communication

• Act as a point of contact for clients


• Conduct regular status calls and provide updates


• Manage expectations and ensure requirement clarity


• Handle feedback and ensure timely resolution

5. Delivery & Quality Management

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards


• Track deliverables and ensure adherence to deadlines


• Identify risks and escalate proactively


• Maintain proper documentation

6. Team & Resource Coordination

• Assign and track tasks across teams


• Ensure proper utilization of resources


• Coordinate with HR for resource allocation if required


• Resolve blockers and dependencies

7. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and reports


• Share daily/weekly status updates with stakeholders


• Ensure all documentation is audit-ready

Key Skills Required

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills


• Basic technical understanding of software development (Frontend, Backend, APIs, etc.)


• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology


• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Backlogs, Sprints, Pipelines)


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills


• Proficiency in Excel and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field


• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies


• Experience in IT services, product development, or digital projects


• Understanding of cloud concepts (Azure/AWS – basic level)
