Job Description - Technical Project Manager (.NET)

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with a strong background in .NET technologies to
lead end -to -end project delivery, manage cross -functional teams, and ensure the successful
execution of software development projects. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between
business requirements and technical implementation, driving quality, timelines, and
performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and deliver software development projects using .NET Framework / .NET Core
technologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Lead technical discussions, architectural reviews, and sprint planning with development teams.
Create detailed project plans, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
Work closely with developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and UI/UX teams.
Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests effectively.
Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.
Conduct project retrospectives and drive continuous improvement.
Facilitate clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with coding standards, performance, and security requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of hands -on experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web API)
development.
2+ years of experience in project management or technical leadership.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
(e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
Experience in cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance technical depth with strategic project delivery.
PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification.
Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Familiarity with frontend technologies (Angular, React) and database systems (SQL
Server).
Experience managing distributed or offshore teams.
