1) JOB PURPOSE:
To act as the technical face of the company by ensuring product quality, providing technical guidance to
customers, resolving site -related issues, and building customer confidence through technical expertise. The
role will bridge the gap between R&D, Manufacturing, Sales, and Customers to establish Amardeep Group as
a trusted premium construction chemicals brand.
2) ROLE & RESPONSIBLITIES:
Technical Customer Support
1.Visit construction sites, dealers, distributors, and project customers.
2. Demonstrate proper application methods for tile adhesives, block joining mortar, ready mix plaster,
waterproofing, and other products.
3.Troubleshoot application failures and provide practical technical solutions.
4.Resolve customer complaints with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
5.Build customer confidence through strong technical knowledge and communication.
Quality Assurance
1.Ensure all finished products meet internal quality standards and IS specifications.
2. Verify product consistency before dispatch.
3. Review daily QC reports and identify deviations.
4. Coordinate with Production & QC for continuous quality improvement.
5. Maintain technical documentation and test records.
Product Demonstration & Training
1.Conduct product demonstrations for:
