Salary range: Rs 400000 - Rs 1000000 (ie INR 4-10 LPA)

Min Experience: 4 years

Location: Bengaluru

JobType: full-time

We are seeking a results-driven Technical Sales Specialist with strong experience in partner/channel management and a deep understanding of cloud transformation and software solution selling. This role involves working closely with technology partners to support business growth, improve go-to-market strategies, and drive cloud adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with channel partners and internal teams to drive cloud and software solution sales.
  • Support partners in developing and executing lightweight business plans that align with strategic sales goals.
  • Guide partners through the process of publishing and transacting offers on cloud marketplaces.
  • Identify and explore go-to-market (GTM) opportunities to enhance visibility and generate pipeline growth for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).
  • Provide insight and assistance on incorporating marketplace transactions into the sales process as a preferred fulfillment channel.
  • Leverage knowledge of the technology sales cycle to support engagements across various customer segments including SMB, Corporate, Enterprise, and Strategic accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners by aligning technical solutions with their business needs and sales strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
  • Background in roles such as Partner Channel Manager, Opportunity Manager, or Solution Area Specialist (particularly in cloud solutions like Azure).
  • Experience working within the technology industry, particularly in cloud transformation and software development environments.
  • Proven ability to support partner business plans and contribute to technology solution sales.
  • Familiarity with cloud marketplace processes and selling models.
  • Certification in Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Experience working with partners that have high visibility and engagement with global tech platforms is preferred.
