• Customer service: Provide support to customers in external facilities, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• · Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues
• · Reporting: Generate service reports
• · Safety: Responsible for complete EHS activities at the Customer site on Veolia Behalf

• · Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues and share information
• · Equipment management: Maintain tools and equipment.
• Training: Teach customers how on Water treatment chemicals
