The role:

As the Technical Sales Support Manager, the overall objective of the position to make Pixii in India more attractive and supportive to customers and partners, including.

• Ensuring that potential customers and partners understand and appreciate Pixii technologies and products.
• Ensuring that customers and partners get solved potential technical issues or questions related to Pixii products.

You will play a crucial role in driving the green transition in India by positioning Pixii’s modular and functional energy storage technologies as attractive among system integrators, value-add resellers, and installers. You will work in a team with commercial people and other technical experts in India. You will also work closely with Pixii’s global team in R&D and Customer Success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive new innovative solutions for reliable and green electrification in India.

In this role, you will:

• Support the sales team in India on addressing technical queries related to our bi-directional power converters and associated control and communication interfaces.
• Assist with installation and commissioning of PIXII energy storage systems. This would include providing technical support, services and troubleshooting with online support from technical R & D team based in Norway / Europe
• Organize and conduct technical training of PIXII’s customers and partners in India
• Feed back to the rest of PIXII organization ideas and suggestions for technical enhancements.
• Lead the customization of our Battery Energy Storage Systems to be in line with Indian regulations and grid code etc, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee the implementation of BESS projects from technical perspective, from concept to commissioning, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
• Collaborate with the R&D in Norway team to drive innovation and continuous improvement in BESS technology driving next generation DC block design, staying ahead of industry trends and customer requirements.

You have:

• A Masters Degree in Power Electronics and communication. Phd in relevant field is an advantage.
• Hands-on Experience with electrical systems, controllers, and communication equipment.
• Experience in Power conversion and Electronics.
• Experience in DC & AC system integration its integration with batteries, Thermal management , auxiliaries and EMS integration is a plus
• Experience with Field Application in BESS for providing technical support for system integration, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance is an advantage.
