Job Description - Technical Sales Trainer

Position: Technical Sales Trainer
Company: Ecoste (A Venture of Asma Traexim Pvt. Ltd.)
Location: Shalimar Bagh, Delhi (with regular field visits across India)
Employment Type: Full -Time
Experience Required: 2–5 years
Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Technical Sales Trainer to enhance the capabilities of our sales team. This role is essential in bridging the gap between product expertise and client -facing performance. The position includes classroom training, hands -on product demonstrations, and field coaching across regions.

Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver technical training programs (virtual and in -person) for the sales team.

Accompany sales personnel for on -site client visits and product demonstrations.

Identify knowledge gaps and conduct targeted coaching sessions.

Create and update training materials such as manuals, product guides, and demo kits.

Stay informed on industry trends, construction norms, and competitor offerings.

Align technical training programs with sales performance goals and KPIs.

Conduct “Train -the -Trainer” sessions to support regional scalability.

Share actionable insights with leadership based on field observations and team evaluations.

Preferred Product Knowledge
Familiarity with building material products (WPC, doors, windows, etc.) is highly preferred.

Experience in the doors and windows industry will be considered an added advantage.


Requirements

Candidate Requirements
B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

2–5 years of experience in technical training, sales enablement, or product demonstration

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to simplify and explain complex technical concepts

Hands -on experience with sales teams, architects, and contractors

Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools

Willingness to travel regularly for field visits and training sessions
