The overall E2E technical architecture of the Service. Deep understanding and knowledge of the Service and underpinning applications, infrastructure and data analytics that supports it, including competence in Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automation of Data Analytics. The technical planning and design of a New Service, or change / update to an existing Service. Includes necessary configuration design for the applications and infrastructure. and Service Catalogue Management. The technical management of the Service throughout its lifecycle. Includes roadmap, change / release management, demand and capacity management, deployment and termination, along with the required testing and evaluation of the Service to support the customer experience. Support the Service Operations Governance both internally and with the customer for the Service Performance in the contract, to also include Program & Demand Management. Minimum Years of experience: 7 - 13 years (Preferably at least 2 years of experience from activities in lead position). Telecommunications knowledge with telephony switching principles, traffic concept, telecommunication networks & signaling. Knowledge & experience of performance management, cross domain knowledge Good knowledge about network operation processes and interfaces. Good exposure to business process rationalization using ETOM and ITIL process framework Ability to provide an interface with the Design and planning team for the capacity to build up and new features.
