Job Description - Technical Specialist CRM

What you will be doing

The CRM Team is responsible for the application management of Salesforce. The main tasks are related to secure and efficient operations of Salesforce with its related tools, utilizing the various Salesforce capabilities Hydro has available to create value for our internal customers in Hydro.
The list of responsibilities and tasks, is not limited to the list below, and may be subject to continuous development, both related to personal development and related to how the CRM portfolio evolves in Hydro.



Main responsibilities
•    Work on assigned tickets (requests and issues) from start to end, including stakeholder dialogue, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
•    Assigned tickets can be related to user management, data management, reporting & automations 
•    Ticket Management in ServiceNow
•    Testing
•    Recurring tasks such as updating currencies, Sandbox refresh & seeding
•    Stay up to date with latest Salesforce releases
•    Create and maintain applicable documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals and training materials

What will make you successful?


•    3+ years of experience with Flows, Apex, Triggers, Lightning Components, SOQL
•    Salesforce Administrator certification mandatory and Platform Developer I certification preferred
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•    Time Management skills
•    Attention to detail
•    Accountability (Taking responsibility for one’s actions and decisions) 
•    Self-awareness (Understanding one’s strengths and weaknesses and how they impact others)
•    Fluent in English (verbal and written)
•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
