Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced L3 Technical Specialist with expertise in Cisco Routing & Switching, SD-WAN, Enterprise Wireless, and Cisco DNA Center (DNAC). The role involves designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure while providing L3 escalation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise LAN, WAN, and Wireless networks.


• Deploy and troubleshoot Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, DNAC, SD-Access, and SD-WAN solutions.


• Configure OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, VRF, HSRP, QoS, ACLs, and MPLS.


• Implement Cisco Viptela SD-WAN policies and WAN optimization.


• Manage Cisco DNAC automation, provisioning, templates, and assurance.


• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for P1/P2 incidents.


• Lead network upgrades, migrations, and transformation projects.


• Create HLD/LLD, SOPs, implementation plans, and technical documentation.


• Coordinate with customers, OEMs, and cross-functional teams.
