Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Supervisor to manage and oversee all maintenance activities at a residential apartment. The role involves ensuring smooth functioning of all technical systems and handling day -to -day operational issues efficiently.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily maintenance operations at the site
  
• Handle electrical, plumbing, and general repair works
  
• Monitor DG, STP, WTP, and fire safety systems
  
• Attend and resolve resident complaints promptly
  
• Coordinate with vendors and AMC service providers
  
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
  
• Maintain service logs, reports, and checklists
  
• Ensure compliance with safety standards
  
• Manage technicians and support staff
