Technical Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise day -to -day construction activities at the residential apartment site.
  

• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
  

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per the schedule.
  

• Review technical drawings and resolve on -site technical issues.
  

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  

• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control.
  

• Verify quantities, measurements, and contractor bills.
  

• Monitor material usage and maintain material reconciliation records.
  

• Coordinate civil, plumbing, electrical, and finishing works.
  

• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
  

• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of site activities.
  

• Attend site meetings and report updates to project management.
  

• Ensure proper handover of completed units as per project standards.
