ChiStats is an
award -winning, AI -native engineering company focused on building practical AI,
data, and cloud -enabled solutions for financial services and other
mission -critical industries. We are actively building our Wealth Management and
Compliance technology portfolio, including ComplianceAssist — an AI -enabled
compliance product initially designed for AMCs regulated by SEBI, with
identified potential to extend to AIFs and PMS firms.

We are seeking a data -driven Tech Support Analyst to join
our Commercial Analytics team, supporting the US Commercial Insurance business.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with Defect triaging and support
analysis and can communicate findings clearly to both technical and
non -technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Defect
    triaging and support analysis.

  • Partner
    with cross -functional teams to define KPIs and track performance against
    commercial targets.

  • Perform
    core data processing tasks, including slicing, dicing, and querying large
    datasets.

  • Validate
    and test analytical outputs to ensure accuracy and reliability.

  • Lead
    requirement gathering and consultation with cross -platform teams and end
    users.

  • Conduct
    ad -hoc analysis to answer emerging business questions.


Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong
    analytical aptitude with a mindset suited to both structured and
    unstructured data.

  • Solid
    understanding of the Commercial Insurance domain.

  • Familiarity
    using Postman and REST APIs.

  • Proficiency
    in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Strong
    written and verbal communication skills.

  • Willingness
    to work flexible shifts aligned with US business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands -on
    experience with AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.

  • Familiarity
    with A/B testing and statistical analysis.

  • Exposure
    to forecasting models or predictive analytics.

  • Prior
    experience in Insurance, BFSI, or related financial services domains.
