Technical Support Engineer

Experience : -

• Fresher or 6 Months to 1 Year of Experience into the System/Network Administration.

Roles & Responsibilities: -

• Configure, install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support LAN/WAN equipment’s like Routers and Switches.

• Identify, Trouble-shoot and Fix hardware/Software issues on Laptops, Desktops, Servers, Printers and Fax Machines.

• Hands-on experience into the Computer Hardware and Networking.

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support Windows 7/2008/Vista/XP/2003, Redhat Linux.

• Crimping and Punching the category cables.
