Job Description - Technical Support Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Sending emails regarding service renewal, service live domain, web hosting & SEO services.

  • Handling client queries regarding domain registration, web hosting, email services etc related to price.

  • Troubleshooting email problems, DNS Management, Web hosting problem etc.

  • Creating renewal remainder for all services for upcoming service that will expire on next month.

  • Troubleshooting issues of office systems and related configurations.

  • Configuration of Email in Email client software like Outlook, Thunderbird etc.

  • Sending performa invoice to clients on monthly or quarterly basis for services like VPS, Website maintenance, SEO, PPC etc

Technical Skills:

  • Experience in Registering and transferring domains.

  • Knowledge in Linux and Windows web hosting

  • Issue tracking, resolution & System Maintenance.

  • Working knowledge of corporate Email, Google Business Email, Microsoft office 365 Business Email VPS.

  • Good in installation, configuration and troubleshooting.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Good communication skills.

  • Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand the issues customers present.

  • Dedicated to problem resolution

  • Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus
