Job Description - Technical Support Engineer

As a Technical Support Engineer at Vonage, you will provide first-class technical support to our rapidly growing strategic customer base, who are integrating our real-time communication APIs and SDKs.

What you'll do


Please note the role has Fixed shift timing: 14:30 - 22:30 IST



  • Investigate, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical issues related to cloud communication platforms

  • Actively drive Knowledge-Centered-Service methodologies by capturing, refining and publishing solutions into our Knowledge Base

  • Problem-solve, have a natural curiosity and demonstrate the ability to learn rapidly

  • Communicate effectively (both verbal and written) across diverse audiences, from technical developers to non-technical stakeholders and customers


What you'll bring



  • 1+ years in Technical Support, ideally within the telecommunications, CPaaS or SaaS sectors

  • Experience navigating the CPaaS Business Messaging ecosystem, with a demonstrated understanding of A2P SMS, RCS, and/or OTT channels.

  • Experience in supporting API or SDK implementation and/or integration

  • Technical literacy in networking fundamentals and the ability to navigate the complexities of API-driven ecosystems
