Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to customers and resolve software and system-related issues. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of SQL and Python, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via email, phone, and ticketing systems.


• Troubleshoot software, application, and database-related issues.


• Write and execute SQL queries to investigate and resolve data issues.


• Use Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks and analyze logs or data.


• Monitor application performance and identify root causes of incidents.


• Collaborate with development and QA teams to resolve complex technical issues.


• Document issues, solutions, and troubleshooting procedures.


• Maintain service-level agreements (SLAs) and provide timely updates to customers.


• Assist with software deployments, upgrades, and system maintenance.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle).


• Basic to intermediate Python programming.


• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.


• Understanding of databases and application support.


• Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems.


• Knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP, and networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP) is a plus.


• Experience with ticketing tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.
