Technical Support Engineer- Qualispace

•Handle customer technical queries through tickets, email,
and phone.
•Troubleshoot server, hosting, email, DNS, networking, and
connectivity issues.
•Analyze basic logs, error messages, and system alerts.
•Resolve issues within defined SLAs or escalate them
appropriately.
•Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
•Coordinate with internal technical teams when required.
•Continuously develop technical knowledge and
troubleshooting skills.

Requirements

•BscIT, Computer Science, Engineer or equivalent 
•0–6 months of experience; freshers with relevant technical
knowledge are welcome.
•Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows and networking
fundamentals.
•Understanding DNS, TCP/IP, email protocols, and web
hosting.
•Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Good verbal and written communication.
•Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
•Strong willingness to learn and take ownership of customer
issues.
