Technical Support Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically skilled Technical Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess basic technical knowledge, a willingness to learn, and the ability to travel to customer sites for product installation, troubleshooting, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and commission company products at customer locations.
  
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
  
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and basic software issues.
  
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine system checks.
  
• Assist customers with product demonstrations and usage guidance.
  
• Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution.
  
• Maintain installation reports, service records, and documentation.
  
• Ensure timely resolution of customer technical issues.
  
• Travel to customer locations as required for installation and support activities.
  

Requirements

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  
• Basic understanding of installation and maintenance procedures.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  
• Diploma or ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Information Technology, Computer Hardware, Networking, or a related technical discipline.
  
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
