Executive – Technical Support (Training)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct employee training programs and maintain training calendars, skill matrices and training records.
  
• Conduct Gemba visits and identify training, safety, quality and process improvement requirements.
  
• Prepare MIS reports, graphs and presentations using production and utility data.
  
• Maintain production, utility and statutory records.
  
• Conduct daily inspections of safety equipment and emergency facilities.
  
• Maintain HR, Quality, Environment, Safety and statutory compliance documentation.
  
• Coordinate customer, third-party and social compliance audits, including SMETA.
  
• Support management in compliance, documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  

Skills Required

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts & Graphs), Word and PowerPoint.
  
• Good communication and presentation skills.
  
• Strong analytical, documentation and record-keeping abilities.
  
• Basic knowledge of HR, Safety, Quality, Environment and statutory compliance.
