Position: Senior Executive – Technical/Product Support (RVM & Ecosystem)

Job Responsibilities:

The candidate will predominantly manage the Technical Content & Product (Robot Vacuum Cleaner & Eco-System) Specialist for Aftersales.

Job Duties:

• The trainer should have a deep understanding of laptops, Robot vacuum cleaners & Eco-system products, including hardware components, operating systems, software applications, and troubleshooting techniques. They should be proficient in using various laptop brands and models.
• Look for candidates with prior experience in conducting training sessions, workshops, or seminars. Experience in developing training materials such as presentations, manuals, and online modules is also beneficial.
• Effective communication is essential for a trainer to convey complex technical information clearly and understandably. The trainer should be articulate, patient, and capable of adapting their communication style to suit different learning styles and audiences.
• Assess the candidate's ability to teach and transfer knowledge effectively. This includes the ability to engage learners, facilitate discussions, provide constructive feedback, and encourage participation.
• A good product trainer should possess strong problem-solving skills to address technical issues and challenges that may arise during training sessions. They should be able to think on their feet and find solutions quickly.
• Technology is constantly evolving, so the trainer should be adaptable and willing to learn new skills and technologies as they emerge. They should also be able to customize training programs to meet the specific needs and requirements of different audiences.

Experience - 4+ Years

Skills – Microsoft Office, Presentation skills, Data analysis, technical knowledge on Robo Vacuum and Eco System
