This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating high-quality technical content and simplifying complex information. The Technical Writer will enhance our communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Writing and Publishing Blog Posts: Craft informative and engaging blog posts on technical subjects, ensuring clarity and accessibility. Author, edit, and review product documentation.
Framing FAQs: Develop comprehensive FAQs to efficiently resolve customer queries.
Writing Technical Mailers: Create mailers to communicate updates and features to users.
Producing Learning Materials: Generate top-quality materials like technical documentation, infographics, screenshot markups, and training videos.
SEO Proficiency: Apply best practices in SEO to enhance online content visibility.
Outreach Capacity: Engage with the community to foster relationships and expand our network.
Loom Video Creation: Create clear and effective Loom videos.
Ownership of Tasks: Ensure high standards and timely completion of tasks.
Coordination with Guest Speakers: Manage collaborations with guest speakers effectively.
Technical Know-How: Convey technical concepts clearly. Experience in creating infographics is essential.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Information Technology, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of experience in technical writing or a similar role.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Knowledge of SEO and content optimization.
SaaS experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Independent work ethic and initiative.
Familiarity with video creation tools like Loom.
Experience coordinating with external parties.
