Techno Functional Consultant People (CoreHR, Security)

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR modules.
  
• Implement and manage Oracle HCM Security configurations including:
  • Role -Based Access Control (RBAC)
    
  • Data Roles
    
  • Abstract Roles
    
  • Job Roles
    
  • Duty Roles
    
  • Security Profiles
    
• Configure enterprise structures, legal entities, business units, departments, jobs, grades, and positions.
  
• Manage employee lifecycle processes including:
  • Hiring
    
  • Transfers
    
  • Promotions
    
  • Terminations
    
  • Global Transfers
    
• Work on approval workflows and transaction configurations.
  
• Develop and support OTBI reports and HCM Extracts.
  
• Perform HDL/HSDL data loads and data migration activities.
  
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and reporting requirements.
  
• Troubleshoot security and functional issues within Oracle HCM Cloud.
  
• Participate in implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support projects.
  
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business users and stakeholders.
  
• Prepare functional documents, test cases, and user training materials.
  
• Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and regression testing activities.
  

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR.
  
• Hands -on experience in Oracle HCM Security configurations.
  
• Good understanding of:
  • Security Console
    
  • Security Profiles
    
  • Data Roles
    
  • Role Hierarchy
    
• Experience in HDL/HSDL.
  
• Knowledge of OTBI reporting and HCM Extracts.
  
• Understanding of employee lifecycle and HR business processes.
  
• Good knowledge of Oracle Fusion workflows and approvals.
  
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) or Talent Management modules.
  
• Knowledge of Fast Formula.
  
• Experience with OIC integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.
  
• Exposure to Redwood UI and quarterly release updates.
  
• Experience in global implementations and support projects.
